Care Instructions

How do I care for my SLC Original pieces?

As Silver Linings Collective pieces are fine and delicate we recommend removing your jewellery when coming into contact with water. This includes exercising, showering and swimming as moisture can damage the plating. Although you want to smell delicious, try avoid spraying perfume directly on your jewellery. This will enable your SLC pieces to last longer.

Sterling silver pieces can be cleaned using a polishing cloth. Gold and rose gold plated pieces should be cleaned very gently with a dry soft polishing cloth. Please note that depending on the ware, plated pieces will eventually need to be re-plated every few years due to the top metal rubbing off.

To ensure your jewellery doesn't oxidise or tangle when not being worn, we recommend placing your SLC pieces in a safe dry place away from direct sunlight.

Pre Order

How does a pre-order work?

When you've purchased an item that's on pre-order it's then reserved for you, and will be dispatched from our warehouse as soon as it arrives in store.

What happens if I am buying a pre-order item and an item in stock at the same time?

Once your entire order is fulfilled in our warehouse will we dispatch your order to you. If you’d like your non pre-order stock shipped first, please place a separate order.

Cancel / Order Changes

What if I need to cancel or amend my order?

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if your order needs amending by emailing hello@silverliningscollective.com and we'll try correct this before your order is fulfilled. Incomplete address details may lead to your order being delayed.

Am I able to return an item?

We want you to love your jewellery, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for a store credit or replacement. Items must be unworn and in original condition with packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on earrings, unless the item is faulty. If something arrives damaged or isn’t up to our usual standard, please reach out — we’ll make it right with a replacement or credit.
