Hi SLC, I recently purchased your necklace and I have worn it twice. The first time I wore it I was super excited about it and the personal touch you give to your orders. But the second time recently I was in a hurry to go and I had no one to assist me with the necklace clasp and I realised it is way too brittle and small and the hanging ball blocks the clasp. Pls improve its quality as it’s hard to use.
